Our Administrative Volunteers provide invaluable support to the DRC team — helping with everything from data entry and filing to answering calls and preparing materials. If you're organised, reliable, and looking to build experience, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering phones and taking messages

  • Data entry and maintaining records

  • Photocopying, filing and preparing documents

  • Supporting the team with mailouts and communications

  • Assisting with basic research and information gathering

  • Other general office tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Comfortable using a computer (Word, email, basic spreadsheets)

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Professional and friendly telephone manner

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Role Details

Hours: Flexible — from half a day per week

Location: DRC Bedford centre (some tasks may be done remotely)

Expenses: Travel expenses reimbursed
