Are your training courses free? +
Many of our training courses and employment support programmes are delivered completely free of charge, thanks to funding from Skills for Care and other partners. Contact us to find out which courses are currently available and whether there are any costs involved.
How do I book onto a course? +
You can book a place by contacting us via phone on 01582 470 900 or emailing [email protected]. Alternatively use our contact form and a member of the team will get back to you to confirm your booking.
What is the PA Register? +
The PA Register is a list of people looking for work as personal assistants (PAs) in the region. If you submit your CV to join the register, we’ll contact you whenever a suitable vacancy comes up that matches your skills and location — so you don’t have to keep checking back.
Are courses available online? +
Yes. We offer a mix of in-person and online courses, including virtual meetings and online learning options. All of our courses are currently running. Contact us to find out what format is available for the course you’re interested in.
Who are the training courses for? +
Our courses are open to a wide range of people, including personal assistants, care workers, employers of disabled people, family carers, and anyone looking to enter the care sector. The Employer Academy is specifically aimed at businesses wanting to create more inclusive workplaces.
